摘要: We report the preparation of highly conductive polyaniline (PANi) fibers produced via a wet-spinning process into different coagulation solvents or solutions. To best our knowledge, this paper shows first successful spinning PANi an aqueous environment where no post-doping fiber is needed. Aqueous solutions salts, small anionic molecules, cationic polycations, and polyanions are studied. Best results obtained using solution polyanion as bath. The resulting exhibit good length, stability, morphology. An in depth study relationship between properties concentration bath (poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate), PSS) performed. It shown that PSS stabilize without dramatically changing conductivity fibers. believed stabilization result numerous ionic interactions centers on groups polyanion. This new method should be industrially viable.
