摘要: Abstract Abstract— A theoretical study of an opposed jet spray diffusion flame is presented. The fuel introduced into the system in form liquid droplets suspended homogeneously a nitrogen stream to air same hydrodynamic properties. An initial monodisperse droplet size distribution considered and it assumed that follow flow streamlines. Tambour's (1984) Eulerian "sectional" approach employed account for downstream changes due vaporization. Since does not persist, single "monosectional" equation quasi-monodisperse sprays used. effects (i) vapor mass fractions, (ii) size, (iii) rate vaporization, on location, temperature species concentration distributions, n-decane spray, are analyzed.
