摘要: Introduction Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) may reduce tobacco use and achieve abstinence in the perioperative period of cardiothoracic surgery for patients who smoke. However, research on patients' views role e-cigarettes as a smoking cessation tool is lacking. This mixed-methods study explored perceptions among current smokers ex-smokers awaiting Australia. Methods A cross-sectional semi-structured interviews were conducted with 62 diagnosed coronary artery disease or lung cancer scheduled elective at six metropolitan hospitals Sydney.
