摘要: The energy spectrum of thin pseudomorphic InAs quantum wells (QWs) in an AlAs matrix has been studied by steady-state and transient photoluminescence (PL) calculation. It found that the PL spectra QWs consist intense lines related to a no-phonon excitonic transition accompanied its phonon replicas. band alignment is shown be type I, with lowest conduction states belonging indirect ${X}_{XY}$ minimum.
