摘要: Reliability control of constructions for development the Arctic shelf requires both a well-grounded determination criteria crack resistance applied materials from viewpoint fracture mechanics and methods calculating cyclic resource welded blocks constructions. Realization practical decisions in each these directions is hampered by insufficient number theoretical aspects mechanics. We consider ways overcoming difficulties.
