摘要: Schizophrenia is considered as a neurodevelopmental disorder with genetic and environmental factors playing role. Animal models show that developmental hippocampal lesions are causing disconnectivity of the prefrontal cortex. Magnetic resonance imaging postmortem investigations revealed deficits in temporoprefrontal neuronal circuit. Decreased oligodendrocyte numbers expression genes synaptic proteins may contribute to disturbances micro- macro-circuitry pathophysiology disease. Functional connectivity between cortical areas can be investigated high temporal resolution using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), electroencephalography (EEG), magnetoencephalography (MEG). In this review, different schizophrenia patients described. The specificity neurobiological origin these relation symptom complex glutamatergic GABAergic system discussed.
