摘要: The present study investigated, in laboratory conditions, the pathogenic activity of different isolates fungi Metarhizium anisopliae, Beauveria bassiana and Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, applied concentrations 1x10 conidia/ml stages egg, L2 larvae, pupa adult Chrysomya putoria. Groups 30 eggs, 20 larvae e pupae were bathed with conidia suspensions assay adult, groups flies pulverized same suspensions. In all assays there used four replicates per treatment. three fungus their respective presented low for egg stage. B. M. concentration 10 conidia/ml, promoted a 100% C. putoria mortality. treatment isolate JAB 07 bassiana, decreased significantly emergence. dose-response effect was better evidenced adults, because anisopliae only reduced survival when conidia/ml. All demonstrated to be putoria, although is difference between activity. more efficient, mainly acting larva stages. P. fumosoroseus lower activity, decreasing emerged through inoculated pupae. control efficiency influenced by concentration, obtaining best results most concentrated suspension.
