摘要: Mandatory reporting requires certain professionals, who have contact with children in their work, to report child protective services when they a reasonable suspicion that maltreatment has occurred. Despite these laws, there is lack of consistency by mandated reporters. The purpose this paper describe and compare the data five groups across USA. Data from 2010 National Child Abuse Neglect System (NCANDS) were utilized for analysis practices Results indicated some unique differences among specific reporters as function how interact children.
