摘要: We report a case of an intradiploic epidermoid cyst the lateral orbital wall that resulted in proptosis and downward displacement left eye. Computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging revealed bone-destroying mass involving frontal, sphenoid, zygomatic bones extended into orbit, temporalis, anterior cranial fossa. Complete surgical removal was performed through orbitotomy. The reconstructed with porous polyethylene sheet. has not recurred after 18 months follow-up.
