摘要: Mechanical separation of pig slurry is widely used in the Piedmont region northwest Italy, where it considered a reliable technique to reduce livestock nutrient load on farms. Transport solid fractions areas low animal density, such as cereals and fruit trees are grown, straightforward. However, because equipment specifically designed distribute fraction slurries orchards was not available prototype spreader developed. The machine, with 4.5 m3 volume hopper, included chain conveyor metring device hydraulically-driven spinning plate so that working width can be adapted tree row space shape differences enabling its use variety operating conditions orchard types. To ensure application compliance crop requirements regulations, equipped an electronic rate control system target rates ranging from 10 120 kg [N] ha−1. It tested for longitudinal transverse distribution at different forward speeds. Test results showed maintained suitably even patterns steady regardless speed.
