摘要: This study aimed at evaluating the clinicohistopathological features and molecular markers of breast cancer in patients followed up Yaounde General Hospital Cameroon during period from July 2008 to 2014. A cross-sectional based on a review medical records was carried out. Patients who had an unequivocal diagnosis were included. Molecular cancer, Estrogen Receptor (ER); Progesterone (PR); Human Epidermal growth factor two (HER-2); nuclear protein associated with cellular proliferation (Ki-67) determined using immunohistochemical tests. Of 102 included, 2 (1.96%) males. Mean age 48.5±4.4 years. Breast lump most frequent (58%) presenting complaint. The median time between discovery first signs consultation 5 months (1 week 72 months). An advanced stage (T3, T4) disease found 71.25% patients, clinical metastases axillary lymph nodes 61 (70.11%) metastatic 13 (14.94%). Invasive ductal carcinoma predominant histological type (66.60%). Immunohistochemical tests for tumors performed 25 cases which 56% expressing ER and/or PR, 68 % Ki 67 positive 40% triple negative (ER, PR HER-2 negative). is characterized by late diagnosis, high frequency invasive about half hormonal receptors.
