摘要: Over the last decade or two, there has been increasing interest in composition, conduct, and decision-making of nonprofit governing boards. The board-staff relationship at center discussion, but trustee characteristics, board role planning evaluation, committee involvement, fiduciary responsibility, legal liability, other topics have received their share attention. Nonprofit boards are not alone, for spirited debate about nature business growing as well. Whatever reasons this intense governance, Policy Governance model leadership, created by senior author, is frequently a primary focus debate.
