摘要: Akuter und chronischer Stress Akuter Stress ist generell nicht schadlich, sondern haufig eine sinnvolle Reaktion. Bei chronischem kommt es zu einer Daueraktivierung des sympathischen Anteils vegetativen Nervensystems der Hypothalamus-Hypophysen-Nebennieren-Achse, was langfristig mit gesundheitlichen Risiken einhergeht.
