摘要: This study endeavors toward the prediction of relation between sol–gel process parameters and characteristics zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles in order to achieve desired properties for various applications. ZnO were synthesized through method calcined at temperatures its influence on their characteristics. particles subjected structural, morphological, optical characterization. X-ray diffraction pattern exhibits improvement crystallinity a hexagonal wurtzite structure with an increase calcination temperature. Micrographs particle size analysis reveal that sizes are predominantly influenced by temperature, where plate-like morphology lower gradually transformed into complete nanorods 700 °C, reduced agglomeration wide distribution. The suppression intensity blue green emission PL spectra higher temperature suggests reduction oxygen vacancies. disorderness (Urbach energy) was also observed be decreasing
