摘要: Cyclins play a fundamental role in regulating cell cycle events all eukaryotic cells. The human cyclin A gene was identified as the site of integration hepatitis B virus hepatocarcinoma line; addition, is associated with E2F transcription factor complex which dissociated by E1A oncogene product. Such findings suggest that target for oncogenic signals. We have now found DNA synthesis and entry into mitosis are inhibited cells microinjected anti-cyclin antibodies at distinct times. Cyclin binds both cdk2 cdc2, giving two kinase activities, one appearing S phase, other G2. These results defines novel control points cycle.
