摘要: Managers need information to manage the ethics of their organizations. This article proposes that periodic surveys examining organizational can be used obtain this information. It presents design and results a study U.S. public servants demonstrates value as an instrument support effective ethical leadership. Surveys reveal extent possible consequences unethical behavior in organizations illuminate characteristics A brief agenda for further research is provided.
