摘要: Vascular endothelial cells synthesize various vasoactive substances, including endothelin-1 (ET-1), a 21 amino acid vasoconstrictor peptide [54]. Although experiments have suggested that ET-1 is released in basal conditions [1, 45], the exact role of this control vascular tone vivo remains elusive. Experimental and clinical evidence suggests release as well biological actions are increased pathological situations, such myocardial infarction or heart failure. Furthermore, there also both synthesis effects negatively regulated through continuous inhibitory factors, nitric oxide (NO). Thus, it possible endogenous might be evidenced only conditions, situations impaired NO synthesis. This article reviews current knowledge on potential ischemia infarction, acute synthesis, especially focusing recent obtained our laboratory with use specific antagonists receptors.
