摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the structural and functional properties of tubulin isotypes. Among animals plants, without exception, isotypes have been found in every organism which they searched for. Also regulation isotype expression has examined, at least some differ either their tissue or developmental distributions. Recent additions to list simply reinforce this conclusion. Four β-tubulin identified carrot Daucus Carota . There are essentially three models for significance One is that no whatsoever divergences follow randomly upon gene duplication. The second model specific functions per se, but it advantageous an multiple third them may perform be particularly adapted function; corollary replacement one with another could compromise function.
