摘要: Abstract The relationships between reflectance in the LANDSAT Thematic Mapper (TM) bands and grass canopy characteristics were studied. Data collected from a total of 107 tall fescue (Festuca arundinacia) plots (0·2 m2) during 1983 growing season. Canopy height, percentage cover, wet biomass, dry plant water leaf area index correlated with spectral data obtained Barnes Modular Multiband Radiometer. near-infrared wavelength region corresponding to TM band 4 appeared be best estimator biomass (r = 0·80) height =0·82). Percentage cover had highest correlation coefficients 7 −0·95) 1, 2 3 (r≥0·93). All variables showed curvilinear relationship bands, except which near linear relationship, for range this study. Linear transformations using natural logarithms ...
