摘要: Efficient and flawless information management plays a key role in successful execution of construction projects, but it has been difficult to implement the traditional document-based environment. A root cause for waste projects is inaccessible, inadequate or missing information. Necessary produced by several parties often fragmented, inconsistent an impractical format. lot time wasted - meaning that value destroyed searching needed activities on site due fact even if exists somewhere documents, not easily available. Visual control systems defined Lean methodology strive improving added flow. Building Information Modelling (BIM) can facilitate organisation visualisation specific needs process. This paper explores how combining principles Control BIM could improve delivery from producers users reduce processing The methods literature study, Value Stream Mapping Root Cause Analysis are used. Software-based Standardised Model Views (SMVs) their automated creation BIM, based predefined use cases end-user proposed illustrated. SMVs facilitates management, thus reducing rework spent waiting, increasing built-in quality enhancing flow production. Evaluated savings single subcontractor's work at least 10% when
