摘要: In this study, the cross-talk between gama-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and calcium ion (Ca2+) signalling in regulation of lipid production cell growth microalgae under fulvic salinity stress (FA-salinity treatment) was investigated. GABA enhanced content productivity rate considerably, which were 1.27 1.29 times higher than those control, respectively. The levels biosynthetic gene transcription, GSH, Ca2+ cellular promoted by addition, but decreased ROS levels. Furthermore, application also increased synthesis regulating lipogenesis-related genes. These results indicated that cytosolic exert crucial modulation accumulation induced FA-salinity treatment. Collectively, study demonstrated beneficial effects caused induction combination chemical compounds on provided new insights into microalgae.
