摘要: Phloem serves as a highway for mobile signals in plants. Apart from sugars and hormones, proteins RNAs are transported via the phloem contribute to intercellular communication coordinating growth development. Different classes of have been found exudate such viral RNAs, small interfering (siRNAs), microRNAs, transfer messenger (mRNAs). Their transport is considered be mediated ribonucleoprotein complexes formed between RNA-binding RNA molecules. Recent advances analysis transcriptome indicate that thousands transcripts move along plant axis. Although potential mobility motifs were identified, research still progress on factors triggering siRNA mRNA mobility. In this review, we discuss approaches used identify putative mRNAs, mechanism, significance trafficking.
