摘要: Nematospiroides dubius infections were produced in germfree and conventional mice a series of experiments. The development, longevity, pathogenicity these studied several differences observed the behavior parasites. Significantly more adult worms developed than mice, persisted longer hosts. Administration 1600 larvae per host mortalities but not although reduction packed cell volume splenic enlargement associated with infection similar both groups animals. In eosinophila, thickening wall small intestine, formation numerous discrete nodules on surface intestine followed infection. Eosinophila did occur intestinal lesions less pronounced. suggest microflora influenced development N. dubius.
