摘要: Abstract The number of distributed energy resources installed in distribution networks is steadily increasing. Their flexibility can be leveraged by aggregators and used the wholesale markets. However, utilization this cannot neglect operating conditions networks, thus some form coordination between transmission system operators must exist. idea local markets has been proposed to address these issues, but experience from real-life demonstrations still missing.
