摘要: Abstract Communication between patients and providers forms the backbone of patient–provider relationship. Often such communication is strained due to time space limitations on part both providers. Many healthcare organizations are developing secure e-mail facilities allow exchange messages with their Providers worried that opening lines will inundate them vast quantities from patients. Interestingly, half indicated they like e-mail, do not know provider's address.
