摘要: This study explored the effect of pidotimod combined with azithromycin on children mycoplasma pneumonia and expression interleukin-10 (IL-10) granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in serum. The clinical data 149 from May 2014 to 2018 Zhangqiu District Maternal Child Health Care Hospital were collected. Among them, 70 treated sequential therapy control group, 79 combination observation group. Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used determine levels IL-10 G-CSF serum before after treatment. Pearson's correlation coefficient analyze between total effective rate group (94.94%) significantly higher than that (81.43%) (P 0.05). two groups treatment lower those (P<0.05). After treatment, There a significant positive (P<0.05), Compared alone, reduced pneumonia, improved curative occurrence adverse reactions, which has high application value clinic.
