摘要: Three further internode length mutants in peas (Pisum sativum L.), lh, ls and lk, were examined to determine if they influenced gibberellin synthesis or sensitivity. Two mutants, lh ls, showed pronounced elongation response applied GA1 extracts from their shoots contained little gibberellin-like activity when assayed on the rice seedling (cv. Tan ginbozu) bioassay compared with similar essentially isogenic Lh Ls plants. The third mutant, was almost insensitive at no dose rate did it become a phenocopy of normal Lk Extracts lk segregants levels gibberellinlike substances. All three growth both light dark, although only effect genes graft transmissible. These results suggest that are reduced synthesis, while is first gibberellin-insensitive dwarfing gene identified peas.
