摘要: Ontogenetic changes in butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) activity of fenestrated capillaries the rat Area postrema lying outside blood-brain barrier were investigated by means light and electron microscopic histochemical methods. Marked enzyme could be demonstrated capillary endothelial cells neonatal rat. The intensity microscopically detectable BuChE decreased gradually during postnatal ontogenesis, but capacity synthesis endothelium remained unchanged adult rat, too. Our results do not indicate any direct correlation between positivity existence barrier.
