Lymphomatoid granulomatosis with isolated involvement of the brain

摘要: A patient with biopsy-proven lymphomatoid granulomatosis of the brain as sole manifestation disease is described. During 14 months follow-up since surgical excision cerebral mass, no evidence recurrent involvement or extracranial lesions has been found. This case unusual in confinement to central nervous system and favorable outcome following treatment alone.
