摘要: Organic conducting redox polymers are being investigated as the active component for secondary battery applications, they have potential to solve two of main problems with small molecule-based organic electrodes electrical energy storage, viz dissolution compound in electrolyte, and slow charge transport through material. Herein we report synthesis a series based on polypyrrole hydroquinone pendant groups that attached backbone via different linkers, investigate impact linker interaction between groups. For directly linked polymer, oxidation leads decrease bipolaron absorbance, well mass polymer film, both which reversible. The origin these effects is discussed light influence unit, electrolyte polarity, salt. longest linkers series, no was observed, deemed most beneficial situation storage capacity can be utilized without disturbing conductivity backbone.
