摘要: Even in the absence of any formal group therapy or training, many emotional and behavioral phenomena a class trainees can be conceptualized dynamic terms. Bion's model work versus basic assumption is used as theoretical frame reference for case studied. Behavior that does not seem conducive to task trainees' related underlying states group. Group concepts only help understanding members' activities, but also serve develop functional description chief resident's role leader.
