摘要: SUMMARY The influence of secondary Echinococcus multilocularis infection on reproduction and cellular immune response mice was studied in BALB ⁄ c infected with 2000 E. protoscoleces. Of the total mothers, 11AE7% did not give birth 10% uninfected ones deliver. Both, healthy produced average 6–7 offspring per litter. changes production seral IFN-c, TNF IL-10 significantly course gravidity. On other hand, more intensive metacestode growth observed after delivery. This study confirmed ability host organism to adapt severe damage caused by multilocularis, only normal conditions, but also during pregnancy.
