摘要: Clinical observations reported that acupuncture can alleviate several kinds of arrhythmias. To explore its efficacy and mechanism, we have studied the electroacupuncture (EA) inhibition on experimental arrhythmias in rabbits since 1980s analyzed mechanism. These studies were mostly conducted Department Physiology, Shanghai Medical University; recently mechanism acupuncture's effect was School Medicine, University California, Irvine, which involves following: (1)the inhibitory EA ventricular extrasystoles be induced by hypothalamic defense area stimulation: a low-current low-frequency stimulation median nerve underneath acupoints P 5 or deep peroneal S 36 activate arcuate nucleus-ventral periaqueductal gray -nuclei raphe pathway release endorphin, enkephaline, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), etc., thus inhibiting rostral ventrolateral medulla (rVLM), decreasing sympathetic outflow, alleviating extrasystoles; (2) bradycardia aortic depressor blocked superficial radial (underneath LI 6-7) G37-39): these stimulations rVLM opioids GABA to inhibit nucleus tractus solitarius vagal nuclei, block bradycardia. data are useful for clinical application.
