摘要: An 8-week trial was conducted to assess the feasibility of replacing soybean meal (SBM) by lupin seed (LSM) in simulated commercial diets for juvenile tilapia starting at 0.3 g. Of dietary protein (26% crude protein), 3.45% from fishmeal and rest came vegetable sources. The source control (C) diet mainly SBM none (0%) LSM. For other diets, 33%, 67%, or 100% replaced either whole dehulled One further used: AW100, where alkaloid reduced. Survival, growth, feed performance were compared among seven orthogonal contrasts determine effects with LSM LSM, reducing content. Partial replacement obtained total replacement. AW100 equal but W100 diet. This study concluded that partial, not total, better, least equal, performance.
