摘要: We report the results of a comprehensive study localization and electron-electron interaction effects in doped polypyrrole films. have measured electrical conductivity magnetoconductivity within temperature range 1.8 K≤T≤300 K. The observed dependence dc cannot be explained either by band-conduction model or assuming temperature-dependent energy gap. However, when T>10 K can Mott's variable-range hopping density states distance calculated from these data
