摘要: This paper reports the results of our approach to ACL tears and knee laxity, based on 30 years experience in reconstruction with hamstrings founded following cornerstones: use doubled semitendinosus gracilis as a free graft; an out-in technique for femoral drilling very strong stiff fixation devices; careful examination repair or lateral compartment selected patients; unaggressive rehabilitation. We prospectively evaluated series 100 consecutive patients who underwent between 2001 2002. A clinical radiological follow-up was performed at minimum 6 years. After years, International Knee Documentation Committee score demonstrated good-to-excellent (A B) 98% patients. However, arthrometric using KT-1000 that 6/80 (7.5%) had >5 mm manual maximum side-to-side difference. The median Tegner activity 5 (range 1–9); Lysholm 96 81–100); subjective IKDC 94 66–100). reported failures revealed by 2+ 3+ pivot-shift test result and/or difference more than mm. excellent all women extra-articular tenodesis. Radiographic evaluation early signs osteoarthritis 9%
