摘要: This teaching case considers the situation of a small Catalan company without support local cluster, which is competing in dynamic global industry characterized by rapid technological change. The faces challenge creating and commercializing breakthrough innovation for digital education, with educational content teachers easy-to-use authoring tools modifying this content. analysis includes an internal external industry, introduces concepts associated to rapidly changing markets such as lead-user innovation, first-mover advantage, transient advantage. therefore adequate courses on technology management, competitive strategy, or marketing management.
