摘要: Studies on the immunophenotypes of early forms serous carcinoma arising from female genital tract are limited. We aimed to examine p53, p16(Ink4a), estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone (PR), ERBB2, WT1, and Ki-67 protein expression in endometrial intraepithelial (n=29), tubal lesion (n=4) (STIC, n=10), putative precursor p53 signature (n=11). Among carcinoma, 80% demonstrated overexpression 10% were consistent with a null phenotype. p16(Ink4a) immunostaining observed all cases. ER, PR, WT1 positive 54%, 25%, 11%, 18% cases, respectively. STIC cases phenotype 90% 10%, All positive, whereas ER PR 70% 20%, STICs negative for ERBB2. 75% 25% was 11 universally negative. Finally, 100% 73% These results suggest that has role Mullerian carcinogenesis but is absent earliest noncommitted lesion. immunohistochemistry can be used as an adjunct confirmatory tool p53-null limited surface area.
