摘要: Vial liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) combined with capillary electrophoresis (CE) was evaluated for the determination of acidic drugs ibuprofen, naproxen, and ketoprofen present in water samples human urine. The 2.5 mL containing were filled into conventional vials subsequently acidified by 250 microL 1-10 M HCl. Porous hollow fibers polypropylene 25 an aqueous solution 0.01-0.1 NaOH (acceptor solution) dihexyl ether immobilized pores wall placed each samples. extracted from sample solutions phase, fiber, further alkaline acceptor forced high partition coefficients. almost quantitatively (75-100% extraction efficiency) solutions, providing 75-100 times preconcentration. collected automated CE analysis, which enabled to be detected down 1 ng/mL level.
