colonise: a computer program to study colonization processes in metapopulations

摘要: COLONISE is a user-friendly Microsoft (R) Windows software for the study of colonization events in natural populations. It determines composition newly colonized population and makes inferences about factors that influenced individuals to establish new population. uses hierarchical Bayesian model combine multilocus genotype data with demographic environmental data, reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm perform posterior density estimations. The written C + graphical user interface available at http://www2.ujf-grenoble.fr/ leca/presentation.html. integrates tool draw functions (histogram, running mean, traces, etc.) estimate parameters from them (mean, mode, variance, HPDI, etc.).
