摘要: Derangements in potassium balance can result from disorders of external (intake versus elimination) or internal (equilibrium between intra- and extracellular fluid space). Hyperkalemia renal failure, severe dehydration acidosis calves with diarrhea. Hypokalemia inappetence, metabolic acidosis, increased excretion due to corticosteriod administration combined other treatments for ketosis. Treatment hypokalemia is best accomplished oral supplementation.
