摘要: Current debate on the implementation of resilience in addressing climatic impacts calls for more pragmatic means reducing losses. In this study we aimed to generate context-specific knowledge about factors drought, with expectation that bringing forth experiential how were addressed past would shed light what constitutes key practitioners working urban contexts.
