摘要: Accessibility is considered to be one of the most important determinants use and land-cover change. In rural land-use change studies, accessibility situation often described by simple measures distance a location interest. this paper, different access are tested for area at forest fringe in northeastern Philippines. The addressed range from type specific transport costs population potential measure. based on their capacity explain spatial pattern types. A comparison findings analysis an household level data made. It concluded that relation between land dependent characteristics (dis-)advantages discussed.
