摘要: Quantification of lupus anticoagulant (LA) in clinical samples is hampered by the lack a suitable standard activity. We evaluated use mAbs displaying LA activity for this purpose. As most pa-tient contain both β2 Glycoprotein I (β2 GP1) and prothrombin dependent LA, combination two mAbs, one each specificity, was added to normal plasma concentration from 0 60 g/ml. Eight assay systems using different reagents instruments were used. The calibration curves linear all but one, with marked differences between responsiveness mAb. A panel plas-mas 69 patients persistent diagnosed SSC-ISTH criteria tested. An antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) present 40, whereas 29 asymptomatic. activities individ-ual plasmas varied assays (p 10 4 ), homogeneous sub-groups identified. In majority samples, displayed prothrombin-dependent profile, variable contribution GP1-dependent latter associated GP1 anti-bodies detected solid-phase immunoassay. By 3 dilute Russell viper venom time assays, higher titers found APS, com-pared asymptomatic 0.05).
