Factors Creating Trust in Hospitalized Children's Mothers towards Nurses.

摘要: Objective: Trust is proposed as the necessary foundation to achieve better performance in nursing of children. In this regard, Pediatric nurses need a deeper understanding parents' experiences, and find out how these experiences are being related practice. So increase nurses' concept based on recipients nursing, present study aims express factors that affect formation trust mothers hospitalized children towards nurses. Methods: study, qualitative design, conventional content analysis, was used. Ward hospitals Yazd, Iran were research environment. 14 whose pediatric wards selected through purposive sampling. They deeply interviewed data analyzed with analysis. Findings: Data analysis led emerging major category “nurses’ attempt for professional nursing” which includes sub-categories commitment empathetic caring, skill performing duties, mothers’ participation process interested establishing effective communication. Conclusion: Findings from showed know different involved confidence Managers people charge field - regarding findings can design perform training programs knowledge skills win hospital an step providing care.
