摘要: While quality in healthcare is an essential concept, the methodology to measure preliminary stage. Developing indicators seems be inspiring concept measuring system. Clinical laboratory being inseparable part of health care system, we have made attempt through a light on clinical laboratory. key performance and monitoring, auditing improving those parameters dynamic process which requires standardization, improvement innovation – three arms any process, may it industry or service scenario. standardization means removing outliers‘ i.e. reducing standard deviation, denotes gradual bettering parameter from previous level with degree irreversible consistency. Innovation however, sporadic often thinking cap which, while maintaining speed improvement, quickly takes new level.
