摘要: We demonstrate the use of two different wavelength ranges excitation light as inputs to remotely trigger responses self-assembled DNA devices (D-OR). As an important feature this device, dependence readout fluorescent signals on external inputs, UV for 1 min and/or near infrared irradiation (NIR) at 800 nm fs laser pulses, can mimic function signal communication in OR logic gates. Their operations could be reset easily its initial state. Furthermore, these exhibit efficient cellular uptake, low cytotoxicity, and high bio-stability cell lines. They are considered first example a photo-responsive gate system, well biocompatible, multi-wavelength excited system response NIR. This is step explore concept DNA-based systems versatile tools computing, display devices, optical communication, biology.
