摘要: A Glycine max gene encoding a putative protein similar to hypersensitive-induced response proteins (HIR) was identified as with preferred expressions in flowers and developing seeds by whole transcriptome expression profiling. Its promoter gm-hir1 cloned revealed strongly express fluorescence reporter primarily integuments, anther tapetum, seed coat unique tissue-specificity. Expression the inner integument apparent prior pollination, while outer started develop from micropylar end outward embryo matured. 5′-deletion study showed that can be truncated 600 bp long relative translation start site without affecting expression. positive regulatory element between 600 481 bp controls integument, no noticeable effect on or tapetum. Additionally, removal of 5′UTR intron had levels location truncation 370 bp resulted complete loss suggesting elements controlling both tapetum are located within 481–370 bp region.
