摘要: Spatial Data Processing and Infrastructures are the core of future remote sensing photogrammetry for Earth Observation industry. For this to become an operational production reality, quantum leap breakthroughs be achieved, concerning in particular image processing, error correlations, alert definitions, best usage practices, data encryption code validation. Because problems that expected orders magnitude larger than current single discipline applications, like weather forcasting, likely addressed, e.g., environmental disaster prevention emergency management, new computing technologies required. Among these wide area grids distributed computing, as well cluster grid-based environments. It is clear large PC-clusters currently used demanding numerical nuclear simulation. not so however which approaches developing Infrastructures. A first approach takes existing environments deploys, tests analyzes applications. second executes legacy codes characterize gridbased adequate architectural hardware software adequacy. We advocate paper use a infrastructure designed seamless by users, i.e., designers, although it relies on sophisticated based grids, wide-area connecting heterogeneous resources: mainframes, workstations running multidisciplinary utility software, visualization tools.
