摘要: Abstract Fennel is used for various purposes in medical, cosmetic and food industries Iran one of its main producers. In this study agro-morphological phytochemical diversities Iranian fennel landraces were assessed. According to phenological properties, fennels classified as early, medium late maturity. Based on two years data, maturity had the higher amounts vegetative reproductive traits. term seed yield, a better performance, essential oil content highest values. With considering yield values related landraces. GCMS analysis, studied fennels, trans anethole ranges from 1.24 88.45, methyl chavicole 0.22 59.1, fenchone 1.22 14.74 limonene 5.5 15.71%. Trans chemotype belonged arid areas eastern Zagros southern Alborz; humid western northern area he contents with mediocre altitude north Iran. path morphological markers improve negative selection days 50% flowering positive weight dry biomass, severely are highly recommended.
